We’re looking for a friendly, energetic part-time superstar to help us keep our pottery studio running smoothly and brimming with good vibes. This isn’t just any customer service job — it’s about creating memorable moments for everyone who walks through our doors.

✨ The Role

You’ll be right at the heart of the action — welcoming customers, helping them settle in, showing them the ropes, and making sure they have everything they need for a great visit. From answering questions to offering tips and creative advice, you’ll be the friendly face that makes their experience extra special.

You’ll also:

• ☕ Whip up delicious hot and cold drinks as our resident barista
• ✨ Keep the studio sparkling between sessions so it’s always fresh and welcoming
• 💬 Chat with customers of all ages, making them feel comfortable, valued, and inspired
• 🎨 Help with “behind-the-scenes” jobs that keep everything running like clockwork

We’re big believers in attention to detail, whether it’s keeping the bathroom spotless or setting up a perfectly arranged painting table. Every little thing you do helps our customers feel at home.

We’d love to meet someone who has…

• Experience in customer service — and actually enjoys it!
• Able to work additional flexible hours during school holiday periods
• A mature, reliable, and responsible approach (especially as you may have keyholder duties)
• A warm, bubbly personality that makes people feel instantly at ease
• Buckets of enthusiasm and energy to create a fun, memorable atmosphere
• High personal standards — you take pride in your work and your space
• A keen eye for detail and cleanliness
• The ability to thrive in both fast-paced rushes and quieter “behind the scenes” moments

If you can keep your cool when things get busy and stay motivated when things slow down, you’ll fit right in. Bonus points if you have access to a car, as we sometimes take our pottery painting magic out on the road!

We’re on the hunt for a cheerful, hard-working Saturday Superstar (aged 16-18) to help us sprinkle a little Christmas magic over our busy pottery studio.

This temporary role runs from mid September to 20th December 2025 — perfect for someone who loves a lively, creative atmosphere and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. For the right person, there may even be the chance to make this a permanent Saturday role.

🎄 What You’ll Be Doing

• 🍪 Preparing and serving tasty hot & cold drinks
• 🧼 Washing up, cleaning, and keeping the studio looking its best
• 🎨 Helping customers with queries and collections
• 🚽 Making sure our bathroom stays sparkling clean
• 📞 Lending a hand wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

• A quick learner with a can-do attitude
• Confident talking to people of all ages
• Happy to muck in and help out wherever needed
• Friendly, approachable, and able to give top-notch service with a smile
• Ready to stay on their feet and keep pace with the festive buzz

📅 Job Details

• Hours: Every Saturday, 11:30–5:00pm (plus extra shifts during school holidays and evening events)
• Start Date: Mid-September
• End Date: 20th December 2025 (possibility of a permanent role)
• Pay: £8 per hour
