Online Booking - information required

We are a small studio, so we need as much information as possible to ensure your visit goes smoothly.  We do need to know how many people are actually coming.  For example, please don't book a table for one if you are bringing a young child to paint - unless you wish to stand (!), please book a table for two.

Each booking includes a 1 hour 45 minute session. This gives us enough time to tidy and reset the table, ready for the next guests.

Occasionally, our painters get wonderfully engrossed in their creations and sessions can run over slightly, so please bear with us during busy periods.

If you think you’ll need a little longer, just get in touch ahead of your visit and we’ll check whether we can extend your session.

We appreciate your understanding.

We kindly ask that there be no more than one non-painter per painter. While we love that people want to come along and enjoy the creative process, seating is limited, so we can’t always accommodate extra spectators.

Please note that a non-painting adult may be charged a small fee on the day.

If you’re planning to bring more than one spectator, just give us a quick call before booking so we can check availability.

To ensure that we seat you at a table to accommodate you comfortably, please do let us know if you need any extra space. Also, if you need a high chair or booster seat,  we can get these ready for you.

We do want your visit to be as special as possible, so let us know if your visit is any kind of celebration.  We have plates and glasses available if needed!

Please let us know in advance if the number of attendees changes. If you need to reduce the number, do so via the website. This will automatically refund any pre-payment. 48 hours' notice is required.  

NOTE : We will not be able to refund any prepaid studio fee on the day for any reason
